Pre-registrations are now available for United Way's Tommy Toy Program with your school's Family Liaison.
Print the form attached or call Family Liaison / Estela Hernandez at (860) 465-2386 to get one.
The form needs to be filled and return to school. Your School family Liaison will enter the information in the system and you will receive a registration confirmation via email or you can ask the Family Liaison for a copy.
