The mission of the FRC is to strengthen family practices and grow quality early childhood development through education, information and activities for families.
The FRC provides direct service through the Parents As Teachers Program (PAT).
Our Learning Connections Groups meets on Tuesday's and Thursdays' from 9:00am to 10:30am, located in room 124. Families are always welcome. This program is open to all families and is free of cost.
Our families also have the opportunity to receive free tickets to the arts Sunday concerts in Storrs at the UCONN Jorgensen Center.
Our popular programs include, Dads group (M.I.K.E.), Moms group, and Families Night. We also support the PTO and other activities hosted across the district throughout the school year, such as Parent & Community University, and the Family & Community EXPO.
